Purchase a different tractor. First, everyone else is assuming a snowblower. They have their place but we get 12'-16' of snow here every winter and everyone, including me, use a loader and box blade to manage snow. I also log with mine. The loader is invaluable for picking up logs. Attach a shackle bracket to the bucket. You'll want a stout 3 point for dragging logs (you need to pick up the front end of the log slightly to drag them). This means you need live hydraulics. You also want a WFE. Be sure to use www.ultraseal.com in the front tires, at least, as logging stubble is tough on tires.
