I agree G-Man as Shep did nothing wrong and it fact I wouldn't have put up as much as he did. When a service truck is called out for a specific job and doesn't show up with the basic tools needed, then that service truck needs to return to the shop "WITHOUT" getting paid one dime. As a General Manger of a HVAC service company, I had to call in several different crafts to complete some jobs. If I hadn't used the company before I would take a walk to look at there equipment on the job site. If not adaquote tools or materials or man power were at the job site, I sent them packing with no pay. That rarely happened but when it did I never even got a call from the owner as he knew better and it was his bad management that lost him the work. T_Bone
