Shep, that is one funny story. They say that happy events turn in to happy memories and bad events turn into funny memories. I think you're well on your way to converting that experience into a funny story that will last for generations in your family. As for the letter to TA Sr Mgt....just send them a copy of your post! I think it says it all!
