ShepFL Maybe you were prepared. I guess I was trying to make a point. Didn't mean for it to be a your expense. I just see so many people head out on a trip and do not give any thought to the tires that have strings hanging out. Or the five lug hub with four nuts. Or the wheels with sloppy bearings. Or the cracked fan belt with very little life. Or the u-joint squeaking. Or on and on. Seems that to many times we dont give this kind of stuff any consideration. Nor do we consider the consequences to life and limb that could result. Then we will be mad at the world when it takes 12 hours to get things back up and running or someone gets hurt. I guess after Mr.T showed up with no tools I would have called someone else. AAA is a good value for its benefit. Lets all just try to prepare for the worst before we leave on a trip. Again Shep I wasnt trying to be critical, just trying to make a point for the benefit of others. Glad it all worked out. I am still waiting on my first free tractor. My$.02
