No experience with the two companies you're asking about but I would check with Allied Insurance. Farm Bureau dropped me when they said I had too many tickets back in the late 80s. Went to Allied and they wrote me for less with more coverage. I have cleaned up my driving record but had the ocassional deer strike or hail claim - always paid with no hassel and my rates have actually declined steadily over the past 18 years. Have my home, auto, farm, and personal liability coverage with them.
