Doug-I gotta disagree. I've got State Farm on my vehicles and they've always paid the claims. They're shop of choice is the local Lincoln/Mercury dealer (in Iowa) and their body men are top notch. What makes or breaks an insurance company is the AGENT. 35 years ago before I had St.Fm.) my car got rear ended and the other guy had St.Fm. His agent had him knocking on doors in the neighborhood to see if he could find a witness to what happened. I was leery of St.Fm. after that, but my parents had them for house and car back then and were pleased. Go talk to an agent--I haven't found anyone could beat St.Fm. rates (ex. full coverage-68 Mustang--$29.00 every 6 mo)
