I don't know where you are but if you are in the northeast (like maybe West Virginia and northeast), I highly recommend Farm Family. I have been with them for years. It all came about because I had had a claim on my homeowners with my previous company and they dropped me like a hot potato. So I went to Farm Family. Eventually got my vehicle insurance with them, too. They have been nothing but great.
I had one claim with them when my daughter tried to rip the door off my Duck Odor several years ago. They paid it, no questions asked, and never increased my rate. Can't ask for better than that.
