Just had this discussion with my propane dealer. Yes you can refill from a bulk tank. Will require a pump, either electrical, or manual. Electrical requires special permits to install, etc., here. Some propane dealers have gotten around this by going to a hand powered pump. This is probably not a route you want to take, as there's a lot of pumping involved! (Work!) Either one will involve some expense, and inconvenience. Find out what your local propane dealer is willing to do, otherwise, swap tractors.
