Currently I have a 1070 that has very low pressure in 2nd on the powershift but works fine in 1st and 3rd. I think I have an internal leak in the clutch pack... think the bolts are sheared. Try leaving the range in neurtal and shift up to 2nd and 3rd and see what happens to the pressure on the gauge and with the remotes. Let me know how it turns out.
