Here is a thought. My grandkids (who live in Virginia) look forward to visting Grandpa in So. Minnesota every summer, so they can ride the old tractors. JD 50-A, 55-50, 56-60. We have rules. Get the lawn chairs out in front of the house. Another adult or 2 present. Stay in the lawn chairs until it's your turn to ride. They sit between my legs on the seat for their ride. I use a belt around their chest and my waist, and a bunge strap around both of us to the seat. Think SAFETY. They love it.
