You may have disturbed the fuel line seals at the injector. The fuel from the injector comes thru the center of a screw with a hole in the side. The fuel leaves the hole and enters the fuel line which completely encircles the screw. On the top and bottom of this interface are metallic washers which are soft as compared to the other metals (screw and tube) and when you tighten the screw down they seal; one on top under the head of the screw and one between the tube and the pump.
