But--- your 60 years old. Make sure you have some kind of health insurance. Don't risk the gamble with out it for the few years until medicare.
When I was 55, 8 days hospital stay took the old famly home steed. Thanks to VA, after 30 days more, I saved the rest of the farm. Prices have gone up and up. Example: My March 3rd ICD implant totaled 156 thousand.
Get whatever farm you can find and injoy life.
