Everybody has their favorite and opinions seem to vary but we've tried everything we could get out hands on off the shelf or that we could convince our various venders to give us samples of and PB Blaster has always come out on top. You should be able to get it at NAPA, around here they always carry it. Everybody has a story about what turned them onto their favorite penetrant, here's what we ran into. We had a 8" shaft rusted in a gear years ago that we had put heat and 75 tons on and it didn't move. We set it off to the side for a couple days while doing some other things and kept it soaked in Blaster. Dad walked by it one day and just playing around hit the end if the shaft with a 4lb shop hammer and the shaft moved. From there all it took was a few minutes and it was apart. We have found other producst that seem to work good also but they always have something that make them unatractive to use, be it smell, a spray pattern that you can't "aim" at a joint, or that has such force it splashes back at you, etc etc. All in all Blaster is the best all around we have found . Just my .02
