Hal, the Ford,IH & Case/IH rear rims are the same. A 12X28 6 loop rim usually costs about $100 each new. The front wheels are around $50 - 60 ea. new. You will need the rear wheel disks for a 28" wheel. I may be mistaken, but I believe the front spindles are different too. Parts book for a 495 shows two different spindles for the low-clearance and regular tractor, Call a C/NH dealer and ask. If your interested, there's a '87 C/IH 385 parts tractor on eBay now(#3826532188)in Maryland. It could possibly have some of the stuff needed for changeover.
