A little AC D14 or D15 would fill the bill very nicely. They have the options you want and the parts are readily availible. The newer versions that came with a three point are much better tractors then the older ones that have been converted from the snap coupler to three point.

Only problem with Oliver is the parts are pretty hard to find - at least in my area.
