water in motor oil

My 52 super M has developed a water leal into the engine oil. Oil is very milky and emulsified.(detergent oil used. small amopunt of water/antifreeze at bottom of pan. Drained oil and flushed out pan, refilled and ran engine a few minutes. What is most likely source. Nothing I know of occured to cause this. Am going to try to retorque head bolts but this is a long shot. any suggestions without tearing engine apart.
