I have a boat with a Ford Tractor Diesel motor. I have an old tractor manual that came with the boat for a 172D, but written on the book is serial 22476 H-29-HB 192D Model 192-6005-A (the # is also on the valve cover). The case number is: D1NLB-0150. We have rebuilt the head and am still not getting compression (we used a 172 head gasket) so I probably need to replace the block so I need to know whats in it. I can get a rebuilt 172 D but can find no info on a 4 cyl 192 D can anyone help me solve the mystery? Thanks
