Huber Maintainer model and year?

I'm looking at a Huber (Maintainer I think) that is claimed to be an early 1950's unit. Has Continental engine, and some numbers on left rear fender plate M5210 (Model?) and CM2357 (SN?). I can send picture to help identify.

Has hyraulic blade up/down, extension, and rotation. Bad tires, but runs good and looks pretty good. What's its worth?
