I hear you on that, this guy is running a 1 man operation, out of a pick up truck, probably to keep overhead low, and avoid as much as those costs as possible. I figured it would be a good thread here, appreciated all the feedback too !

I've run Ironworker crews in NYC and last time I knew out of cost pocket was $96.00/hr for their labor only, nothing marked up, + all he other line items etc. it's certainly not easy to maintain a profitable business no matter what it is, we had weeks that the payroll was as high as $150,000. Cash flow is king, it don't take much to screw up the works LOL !
