I spoke to GCR, seemed their labor rate if I brought it in was the same as the guy coming out to do it, so figured it best to have him come out.
LOL, again live & learn, when you have time you are probably best off to do as much as you can yourself, but if a machine is down and th clock is ticking big $$ away, have to call the service guy.
