I hear ya 720, don't disagree enough on that to bring it up here, and yes you have to cover your costs adequately no doubt about it. I did try to bring the rim to him after he dismounted it, he said he had no way to lift the loaded tire at his place ( one man band operating out of a pick-up truck ) so live & learn, after thinking about it I should have dismounted it myself, then prepared the rim, picked up the new tire/tube, mounted it myself, picked up the calcium and brought it to the shop to be loaded, you pay for knowlege and a premium for professional services, that's a given, he did a good job and was prompt.
