Wobbly Tire

Great Web sit I have learned alot.
Now I have a Oliver 1800 B that has a wobbly rear right tire only in fast speeds when I go slow you don't see it. I have checked all the bolts and all are tight. Any way to check for bent rim or shaft? The shaft is keyed how would I make sure that the tire is stright? Thanks Jeff
