I am now seeing why stroker engines are so popular. I really couldn't understand why everybody wanted them in their street cars if they weren't very durable, and needed to be rebuilt after being driven over the course of 1 summer. Excellent examples of the Ford 460 journal thickness compaired to the chevrolet 454, that was what got me to best understand just how durable strokers are.
My BIL who told me about strokers isn't an engine builder or anything, he just told me what he had heard somewheres. By the way, you don't happen to know of any web pages with sound clips of engines would you?.
