Of course then the trial lawyers will ruin it. I dont want a tractor show on my place. Too much liability. A few miles from here there was a farm stock tractor pull on private property, flywheel shattered and some folks got hurt. Out of court settlements for the limits of the guys coverage and then, because he held an unlicensed 'entertainment event (tractor shows and pulls were ruled 'non agricultural') they got him on zoning and license fee taxes.
