If the tec wired up the controller according to the normal pin out and you did not have the trailer there for verifaction, why should he do it right( or wrong as the trailer could be wired differently) on his own time. I hate it when people want you to do some thing but don't give you all the info and then complain that its not right. I have even seen situations where this was done on purpose so as to have extra work preformed or to have their equipment upgraded at no charge. I bill extra if to fix up their equip.
