This is a case where I'd go for the OEM product. I don't know what the price is to compare, but your JD calls for Hy-Gard. On the other hand, I do know that major pieces and parts for your Deere aren't going to be available from Wal-Mart and will cost you big time if the discount stuff allows premature wear to occur.
