"A sharp 2600 or similar that is cheap is a rare find." Actually I know where I can get them for around $3800 or so, $4200 or so with power steering. Tack on about $2800 for the loader; I still can't find a place that sells a 4wd system though, so I'm not sure how much to figure in there. Overall I predict the project will cost me about $9K. When I'm through with it, it should be worth about $12K-$12.5K. I just sold an average-looking 3055 with an Ezee-On 2060 and no power-steering for $10.5K, and 4wds are wildly popular here. I plan to do a whole lot of research before I delve into this project though.
