VAC WHEELS

I am restoring a case VAC and have bought new wheels and tires from Miller tire. The wheels they sent me have five lobes in the rim that the center hub conects to. Yet the rims on the tractor now have a continuous ridge for center hub to connect. Can someone tell me if I have bought the correct rims or should I have the rims with the continuous ridge. I got the new rims some time ago before I started the restoration so I don't think I can return them. Any advise is apprieciated. Thanks, Jim
