Man I wouldn't wish this on anyone. Some of the fields I've seen are so thick that I expect it to be completely bare next year......the things choked themselves into oblivion. Really, I "think" I have noticed that if you use the sicklebar and cut them off at the ground they won't return. Bush hogging them just makes them grow shorter (duck their heads). I had a pasture that had a pretty good stand and after a couple of years of haying (cutting with a sicklebar) they have disappeared. Mark
