Jeff, I believe a 450 could be bought/ordered without T/A. Could also be had w/o fast-hitch, belt pulley, etc. these were all extra cost items, not standard equipment. I don't think you could call the tractor rare, but you won't find many without fast-hitch or T/A. This is just my opinion. Post on the IH forum,ask for Guy Fay or Bermuda Ken, they can give a much more informed opinion!
