is a complete and utter failure. We spend piles of money and still cannot keep it out the hands of our children. Schools sweep those problems under the rug-they do not need the bad publicity. A Ky state troopr in charge of drug dogs said most schools will not agree to the dog search because they are afraid of what they might find. Also make no mistake some schools use underqualified dogs that find nothing-hence looks good in the local paper. On a side note are they black and where is Lewis Coleman on these issues?
