I don't understand why you would feel compelled to take out the main nozzle if you did not have a spare on hand. There is no need to remove one unless it is damaged. AGCO dealers sell complete repair kits. They are not available any other way that I know of. Soak what's left in PB Blaster overnight and then in the morning use a left-handed drill bit to get the remains out. If you are not familar with the procedure, have a machinist do it. If done carefully, the threads in the casting should be OK. If not, you will have to epoxy the hole and cut new threads and a machinist will be your best bet to get that done. The reason the parts "stick" is that electrolysis is set up between different metals causing corrosion. Water in gas makes the problem much worse. To prevent future problems, put a dab on anti-seize on the nozzle threads during reassembly.
