K3500 Brake Trouble

My 2000 Chevy K3500 4x4 (old body style) has developed a habit of acting like the anti lock brake system activating when braking/stopping. The pedal feels like it's going to the floor. I notice it more at slow speeds, especially when backing up.
It's not all the time, everytime you brake. Any ideas? Anybody else had the same thing?
