Fiber Belt Pulley Identification

I have an old fiber belt pulley made by Browning Maysville, KY. It measures 8" wide, 9 1/2" in diameter and the shaft hole is about 2". It's double keyed and it appears that the shaft hole housing can be removed. It has four bolts connected to "wedges" with a set screw and it looks like it can be removed from the pulley. Can anyone tell me what this might have come off of. A tractor or some type of implement? Thank you!
