Ken Lay of Enron along with Uncle Dick CheneyBurton using the hitman tactics of Trentt Lott and Tom Lay pushed the energy bills that got thru in favor of CheneyBurton a division of BushInc. Now the Scalia5 says Uncle Dick don't have to say under oath who wrote the energy bill.
