Twin Power was pretty much a 'no cost' feature that Massey put on many of their machines from that era. Basically, it allowed the operator to bypass regular governor control of engine RPM when using the tractor for belt work or when travelling in 4th (road) gear. In these situations, the operator could speed up the engine somewhat past the normal setting. If you email me, I could explain it further and how it works.
