The International Harvester B-275, which first came out ca. 1959 is still being produced. It was originally built from a joint-venture between I.H. and Mahindra Company. Now, Mahindra sells it under their own name. It has been repowered with a direct-injected engine, but the main tractor is basically the same. I was told that 85% of the original parts are still used.
The same sort of story may be true for other tractors where some third-world company takes over production of a proven design. In this case, though, the 1959 tractor is still being produced by the original manufacturer.
