Planted 20+ acres of oats/alfalfa last week of march. Got just under 1/2" in the next 7 weeks. Just enough to open the seed, not enough to germinate. Got nearly 8" in the last two weeks, so a lot of the stuff that did came up is drowning. I was just today wondering what I did to pi$$ off mother nature.
