VA series tractors

I have located 3 va series tractors, 1 VAI and 2 VA.One va is for parts,the other VA was running but doesn't have much compression, the VAI developed a knock and was shut down. the sheetmetal has some rust holes through it and the tires are in need of help. are there enough parts that are interchangeable on these to make it worth while? The VA for parts and the VAI both have stuck engines. they are in the '48 - '50 range. the owner said make an offer, what are they worth?
