I also use JD poly urea grease in special applications,and find it to be excellent grease when used in pure form,but I have never thought about a situation where it might be mixed with another type grease.
I found several grease compatibility charts on the web and they all say only mix poly urea with calcium complex grease. No other grease is listed as compatible with poly urea.
