Two other things that would greatly help if you have time. 1) Seal the concrete floor or paint with an expoxy paint. Greatly reduces the moisture problem. 2) Put foil coated rigid insulation or aluminized bubble insulation against the inside of the roof. This greatly reduces or eliminates the sweating in a metal building.
