For 7 years under a roof with no use during that time I would make sure all gas is drained. Might as well take battery's out and sell them. Likely won't be any good after 7 years. During that time frame your antifreeze could likely get weak. I would completely drain cooling fluid. I would block them up say an inch off the ground so they don't sit on a flat tire for years because of a real slow leak. You may also chose to cover them to keep dust and so on off. Putting out some rodent poison would also be a good idea.
