No pump is needed. Simply put---your tank must have a "wet leg" in which liquid LPG comes out of, through a hose attached to the liquid port of the tractor tank, and into the tank. Vapor is bled off of the tractor tank, and is replaced by the incoming liquid. The process I've described is the VERY SIMPLE version. Some discussion was more detailed some time back.
