stuck bolt in aluminum

One quick and easy way to remove a broken bolt in aluminum casting--Find a short piece of steel tubing (gas tank line or brake tubing ) that just fits over the bolt size you are trying to remove--make shore you have enough tubing to fit into a drill chuck and still reach the bottom of the broken bolt--file small teeth in the end of the tubing and drill down around the broken bolt or stud moving the piece of broken stud or bolt in the hole will soon let you know when it's loose
