forums, and pick one of the last ones - called
site suggestions. That is basically a direct
email to Kim who runs this place. She doesn't
look at too many messages, but you'll get a
reply to a site suggestion & know the real
scoop. The Internet Optimiser deal sounds like either
your ISP or your computer has a link that
dumps any unknown web address to this
advertising page.... If stuck on your computer,
you should be able to clean it off. If your ISP is
