I concur with the rest of the responses... tell your neighbor to run his own yard, and if he doesn't like the sight of your, he can do three things. 1) Move 2) Build a fence 3) Be prepared to pay for a professional to landscape your yard out of HIS pocket, not yours. (I did like the Hog pen idea!)
