walk him over to where the property line is,and ask him not to come across it unless he is invited.Thank him for his concern and let it go at that.It is your home,landscape it in a manner that suits you,you're paying the mortgage. Like was said below,the only reason your landscaping would concern your neighbor is if it created a runoff situation,or didn't meet some drainage,or property use code.Might as well nip it in the bud now,or he will be over giving advise,supervising,and being a royal PITA until one of you moves.
