Dont sound bad to me. He is going to send you a cashiers check and then send someone to pick up the tractor or contac you. After you receive your money and it is good then you could realese the tractor to his agent. How else would anyone from another country buy a tractor or anything? There are people in the US buying things for shipment overseas. Last summer there were guys from NEW ZEALAND getting things here in IOWA. Heard they were filling a couple of contaniers. I know a fellow in WISC that gets stuff fron western EUROPE and delivered to MILL.
