I actually owned one of these a few years ago. It was powered by an 8hp Briggs and Stratton engine, and had a 30" cut (maybe less, I don't recall). It seems like there weren't many gear choices, either (forward or reverse). No blade clutch, and to adjust mowing height, you had to add/remove shims between blade and engine---- a real pain in the a$$----hard rubber tires made for a rough ride, too. Best part about my version, was that it started easy. I believe that there was a tag on mine that said "Continental Belton", and that it was actually made in Belton, Texas. I gave mine away.... Honestly, if a person had a nice flat yard (like a putting green, for example), or a small yard, it would be okay, but my 1/2 acre with the dog holes was more than the little mower could handle.
