I run a lube and fuels testing lab. We have done a lot of work on Mobil oils. They are great and they will outlast all the others. I don't know about Amsol. I have never seen their oils being tested routinely or even during the formulative stages. They just seem to make their claims based off of singular testing data.
I have sen 100's of oils and they are blended to every spec imaginable, so who knows for sure.
